I was sifting through photos because I wanted to write more of a personal post this week and include some pics, and happened to run into this. So, here's my prom queer photo. Anyone else care to follow my lead in radical narcissist solidarity? And, more importantly, can someone tell me what in god's name would possess me to wear closed toe heels with a full length dress?

Ok Patty, I will dig around the photographs this weekend. I actually wore a suit to prom. Granted, it was kind of a gold denim suit with a gold halter top...but still a suit (I have a feeling Inna might appreciate my sparkly style here...). My more intriguing outfit (which I don't have pictures of) was the formal dance where I wore leather pants.
Hmmmm....perhaps someone can enlighten me about the rules behind what kind of shoe you wear with what kind of dress? Perhaps it's my uncomfortable flashbacks to wearing open toed heels that I figure anyone not wearing them must have the right idea.
That picture is just too good for words. All I'm going to say is, the theme of my senior prom was "A Midsummer Night's Dream," which I took way too seriously. I think my wingspan measured approximately six feet.
